Payment
You are already a member so you have no forms to complete. Membership may be renewed starting November 1 to December 31. We have a table at the Club Fair and welcome renewals or new members at that time on the first Saturday of December.
Club Dues are $25. Locker Fees are $15 small, $20 Medium, $30 Large.
If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to "Sun City Anthem Community Association, Inc" and write your Anthem ID someplace on the check. A stamp is available in the ACC room on the desk.
You may also pay with cash.
Then place the cash or check in an envelope with your name, locker number if also paying locker, and Anthem ID on the envelope.
Deliver the payment to the Arts & Craft room located in the Independence center and place in the Secure Lock Box on left side of room as you enter. You may also mail a check to 2450 Hampton Rd. Henderson, NV 89052 to attention of Arts and Crafts Club.
If paying by check you may now submit one check for locker fee and dues. All locker fees are due by December 31 if wishing to retain present locker. If returning locker please clean out, put key in envelop with name and locker number and drop in the Lock Box by December 31.
Edit Your Profile For Changes
If you have any changes to be made to your account profile (such as phone number, address, emergency contact, or Anthem ID) you will need to edit your account. Go to your account and click on the edit button and make your changes. Be sure to hit the save button when finished. If you lost your Anthem ID card and it was replaced, then you were issued a new Anthem ID, please make sure this is also changed in your account profile. If you are not getting club emails or any contact check the last item on your profile that says Allow Personal Contact: It must say yes. If it says no you will receive no general emails from leadership, nor any from group leaders sent through the website. Your membership in groups will indicate leave group instead of send email for group leaders to contact you.
